SocialAdClub.Com: Worst Support ever.

We bought the 499/month version on 16 Dec to test this spy tool, performance wise tool looks good not bad. But there support is worst I have even seen with any product ever, after 1-2 days we got the subscription our payment went to pending state and account went to trial account, we sent 2 messages using chat box, then 21st I send message to tool owner here at STM, still today no reply. Today we going to put dispute in Paypal. Hope tool owner reads this and make sure future client don't face this kind of issues.

Normally I would say that people should wait a few days given that it is the holiday season.

However for a product at $499 a month (!), I think you are right that you demand much greater responsiveness.

The founder or creator of this product is one of the smartest people here. Just repurchase using a different card or account man. If you find something better, please update us.

This product does not give even trial for newsfeed ads, so we just bought the product directly for 499 usd package. As I said tool is good, support is not, it has nothing to do with how smart the owner is, I don't have anything against him. I am sure he will understand my frustration and what went wrong. When a person launch a product of this cost and scale in market, I believe holiday season can not be justification for no support, there must be at least 1 person to respond the support query in business days. We bought this tool for specific reason as we plan to launch campaign on 1st Jan, but this happened. After putting 500 usd and getting nothing after so many days, putting again 500 usd with different card/account does not sound good to me.

Believe me I understand your frustration. I've tried reaching out to him more than 10 times over the past 6 months, email, forum PM, FB message, etc to no avail.

He's a ghost and I think he's going this route for a very specific reason.

p/s: I'm still a customer.

I don't know the product and the owner, but these days you need a bit of patience. BUT if this happens out of holiday season, it's not good....with low support the business will die eventually, especially since more competitors are coming into this space.

My and a friend wanna get in touch with him but he doesnt response to us also... so no subscription by us before we hear something!
