Key Responsibilities:
- Be the Company lead on managing affiliate revenue, profitability, and growth.
- Recruit new affiliates through research, referrals, and personal relationships.
- Manage affiliate relationships on a regular basis.
- Represent Sprayable at industry conferences and events.
- Work with our design, content, and marketing teams to provide creative packages, links, and reporting data to affiliates as needed.
- Monitor traffic sources and campaign quality for affiliate campaigns.
About You:
- At least 2 years of experience as an affiliate manager or working with affiliate marketers.
- Experience working with marketing concepts like CPC, CPA, CPL, and CPM.
- Data driven thinker with a working understanding of web analytics.
- Strong communication skills, negotiating skills, and hustle.
- Self starter that still works well in a team environment.

Compensation:
