I joined STM, heard good of F5 and applied for it, the AM is always online, i understand he is busy and all but if you keep ignoring new affiliates thats not very professional too. Anyways, i keep pinging him, no reply at all...
Expected these guys to be professional.
I had my Affiliate App denied by F5, no reason given. I followed up and re-terated my experience and desire to partner with them... and No Reply/ Response again. I pinged the AM on Skype, she was on vacation told me to email. I did. No engagement... I thought read that they were affiliated STM, which was an instant "hell yeah! for me, but they don't seem to want new affiliates. And since I can get a reply back from them, i'm still not sure what the issue is. Hmmm
There's tons of networks, so maybe we should just ignore this one... But I'd rather not.

Sorry to hear the complaints - we always have a few email addresses you can reach out to if you're having issues getting a hold - they would have been sent out with your welcome infomation.
Advisor@f5media.com or network@f5media.com are monitored by our team - you should expect either a reply from a team member or a ticket if its tech/password etc. Related.
As far as denials go - we do try to give detailed reasons as to why they happen (90% would be when we dont get a reply to our inquiries) - but if you think it was in error, then reach out and we can help.

Just following on from what Henry was saying, there is a standard process involved for the application - approval/denial for any affiliates. We stick to this process for everyone and give everybody reasons as to maybe why they weren't approved and what they can do to help when applying again.
Our AM's work tirelessly with Affiliates who are on our network, whilst at the same time dealing with all applications that come in. Whilst we do try to give everyone as much time and thought as we can, affiliates on the network will be given priority in any of our schedules.
We are always looking for new affiliates, however it is just not possible for us to give detailed time and coach every denied applicant as to how to for sure get approved for another application. There are already threads on here detailing the application process and the criteria for successful applicants.
Ishuhari, I do believe I am the AM you are referring to in your post and we have spoken since you had not been approved. However send me an e-mail to eoin@f5media.com with all your updated application information and I will look into your application again. Our Skypes are inundated with requests.
