ASW Mobile Sweeps Mastermind (5)
Hi Stackers,
I want to organize a ASW meetup group and potentially form a mastermind at ASW. Here's some of the goals/criteria I think we should establish as ground zero in this mastermind.
Goal: The focus is to market sweepstakes offers on mobile. We will discuss strategies in terms of bidding, traffic sources, affiliate networks, design/landing page, campaign startup, optimization. In the end, I want each one of us to dominate the sweepstakes vertical.
Bidding - How often do you touch your bids when launching a campaign? What's your idea of bidding in the first stages of a campaign, how do you define what bidding to start with?
Traffic Sources - What traffic sources have you had success in? How do you go about finding secret traffic sources?
Affiliate Networks - How do you negotiate payouts with AM? How often do you test exact offers among different networks?
etc....
If there's enough interest in this, I will print out a list of questions that I think are beneficial for all of us to know or to refresh our memory. Also, you'll come up with your own questions so that we see what input we could provide.
Team:
- 5 Members only, first come first serve.
- Must have spent at least $3-3.5k in traffic.
- My working hours are usually around 9pm - 12am CST or 4 AM - 6 AM

You should really have some more structure if you want to create a productive mastermind
You should definitely follow Mr Green's tips to create a mastermind group. In the meantime, I'll be happy to meet you there as we are kinda experts in Sweepstakes.

Definitely come take a spot by the f5 meet market table on sunday if you're free - we are heavily focused on sweepstakes.
