I have been advertising on POF for 2-3 days now and I woke up to this:




My first conversions ever! I couldn't be happier, gave myself the best christmas present of all! This alone actually made my year and I have all you guys to thank for this, this will only motivate me to work even harder and to succeed!

Congrats! The first conversion got my heart racing too! It's more than just the dollar value, it shows that what you are doing is real, it's not just a magical myth!

anyway congrats. I am a noob myself too but right now I am rolling in a 500% profit dating campaign(this month). I can only assume it will go down from now. only thing sort of worked so far.

Congrats, I still remember my first profitable campaign on POF. Maybe this will be of help to you, It's a checklist i put together when i was running traffic with POF (you might want to altered as this is from 2013):

Offers and Creatives
[ ]Pick 3-4 offers
[ ]Pre-made niches - bbw parents religions matures black
[ ]Create LP's for each Offer

1. Add LP scripts
2. Load to server
3. Setup on P202
4. Add pixels on network

[ ]7 -15 images 2 headlines
[ ]Max Out 20-30 creatives per camp

Bid and Targeting
[ ]4 split or 5 split (1825 2630 3140 41+ or 1823 2327 2835 3645 46+) i usually do 40+
[ ]Test all countries offer is available male and female
[ ]4 asap freq cap
[ ]Start with 0-50
[ ]Basic targeting and cut mobile


Testing
[ ]Test 20 at once
[ ]Kill ads at 1000 imps no click 2000 imps less then 0.1 ctr
[ ]run traffic, keep ctr above 0.1 (Don't worry about what ads is making money as long as the ctr was above 0.1 and the over all campaign was profitable)

Scaling:
[ ]As soon as it profits copy it over to 50-100 turn your freq cap down to 3 on 50-100
[ ]Scale offers through the available countries and similar offers
[ ]rinse and repeat for lots of offers
[ ]Re-submit the same camp when it dies out (gives them new life)
[ ]You need 10 offers, all age group whatever countries you can. Then duplicate it at a lower bid


Maynzie Layer Method
Copy profitable campaign over 2-5 times and every copy you bid 2-3 cents lower so like x bid on campaign 1, same campaign copied over x bid -3 cents
you get more traffic, for less money and pick up the scraps get it working first then once campaign is working copy it over!

Well you can buy an advertising account. wich I did myself. You can actually do it over STM, there's a stickied post from "iPyxel" who sell advertising accounts on POF.

Well, not the greatest one lol, POF is being extremely unstable and I still haven't had any good CTR, even OK CTR, with them, let alone a profitable campaign. I am considering on moving to other traffic sources like mobile.

Feels great man, just need to get some profitable campaigns. So far a total of 5.
