Looking for cheap pop traffic
Can anyone recommend cheap pop traffic (preferably mobile, but also desktop)? I am looking to pay $0.10 - $0.30CPM for an arbitrage follow along test I want to post on the STM forum. Quality doesn't have to be great, but preferably no bot/fake traffic.
Thanks!

International, but preferably tier 1 / tier 2 countries. If traffic exists there at that rate

sitescout, propeller, wwwpromoter, adcash, popads and gunggo are pretty good sources but the prices you are mentioning are more applicable for tier 3 markets than tier 1/2

Sitescout for pops?
I noticed you're the only one on this forum that recommends wwwpromoter .. have you tested them yourself or is this just something you heard?

Christoph has also mentioned "CPV Labs" as a good
traffic source for pops in the past!

Hi Andy_d
Yes, we tested this ourselves. Ran a multitude of campaigns with them with a total spend of +10K$. As always some campaigns were not performing well, and some performed very well. Its easy to upscale volumes with them.
On another note, I would also suggest to keep your reactions respectful for other STM members. LMFAO without any justification or explanation is not done.
Keep your testosterone for in the gym buddie.

You posted that CPVLabs and Sitescout are traffic sources for POP. That is
justification for an LOL as neither are traffic sources for pop. One is tracking software and the other is a network for banner traffic.

Sorry you're offended by my laughter. Perhaps next time you should reassess what you're saying
