A case study on how to turn around failing campaigns -- Need Your INPUT

On my facebook page, I asked what I should make a case study about - and people told me it's about HOW TO TURN A FAILING CAMPAIGN AROUND. A shitload of people upvoted it, in fact if you check my page it's still #1 standing.

Anyways, I want to do a real detailed case study showing you how to turn a campaign around. And NEED YOUR HELP for this.

I need you to submit 2 campaigns that failed for you; I am going to pick and announce the winner, then get to work on showing you step by step how a failed campaign can become a money maker.

I can never make SOI's work. I tried those lucky draw fakebook lander etc but none of them converted enough to break even.
Any mobile traffic source maybe? What do you suggest?

Hi Attila, what's your criteria for determining a failing campaign? I want to be precise before I consider submitting my campaign to you so that you don't waste your time.

A lot of newbies are doing mobile sweepstakes/Pin submits on POP. So probably that would be a great case study. I have one if you like!

I kept this broad for a reason. To hear your feedback what vertical the majority of stmers would like a case study on reversing a failing campaign. So far sweeps on pops seems like an option second is sois for dating (adult is it) keep them coming so we can make a poll and have people vote.

Damn, this is a great idea. I would like to see go2mobi and sweeps only because pop/adult 99.9% of ppl are just ripping others and it just comes down to testing shit load of landers...
