How do you hire GOOD Virtual Assistants for MOBILE MARKETING?? Help!!!
All,
I work a full time 9-5 job, and am doing my marketing in the evenings at home.
I am not an "expert" on .html, css, juery, photohsop, dreamweaver.
I want to hire a V.A. designer to:
Modify ripped landing pages
Create banners & simple landing pages
Send creatives over to 1hr translation
Upload all creatives to my hosting - and simply send me back the URLs
So that I can focus on creating Angles, ideas, analysis & optimization.
This provide me the ability to launch many, many more campaigns.........faster!
I already have used UPWORK and posted a job. I interviewed the applicants. Lets just say.... they did not have an "understanding" of what I needed nor had the true skillsets.
How can I hire someone that does have the skillsets??
Please suggestions welcome!
Im also planning to hire a virtual assistant.
But when i read your description what you want them to do some of the things are technical stuff. Most designers i know only knows how to design and do some basic - internediate html coding / css styling
Maybe its better to find a va designer and va coder. Thats probably easier

I am an affiliate marketer and NEED a a designer to create mobile optimized banners and landing pages for my campaigns.
In any given week I may give you 3 to 5 different landing page designs or ideas and need 3 small variations of those designs created.. for a total of 15 landing pages in total (5 different designs with 3 variations each = 15 total)
In any given week I might need (5) 320x50 banners designed with 3 variations each for a total of 15 banners.
Here is an example of WORKFLOW:
"I" give you 3 to 5 ideas for landing pages or banners. I will provide you with examples of landing pages or banners or written ideas to create.
"You" within 24hrs provide me with files (banners and or landing pages) with your ideas
"I" may have some revisions
"You" make revisions and return completed creative files to me within 24hrs after I request revisions.
"I" approve creatives then may ask "YOU" to send creatives over to www.onehourtranlation.com to have translated into different languages.
"You" after receive back the translated designs upload them to MY hosting.
"You" provide me with a list of the URLs from the designs you uploaded.
"I" pay you weekly $
We have a great working relationship.
Please reply and make sure that you include either a web link to your work, or to your portfolio. YOU MUST have in the portfolio both banners and landing pages you have designed to be considered.
I have included a .zip file with examples of the type of design I'm looking for.

Go to Upwork and hire an actual developer/designer instead. Look into hiring in Indonesia/Vietnam, plenty of talent + weak currency.
