Never. If you're making a clean account, don't risk it being linking to your old 'blackhat' account. Getting a new card number is a minimum amount of work and should be one of your first steps.

Avoid using links that are popular in affiliate circles. People can easily find your ads with spy tools. Not to mention that Facebook have link trust metrics, affiliates always go too far and the tracking domain ends up flagged (triggers a manual review). Don't use a new domain, get hold of a domain that's been around for 1year +
