I faced a similiar situation about 10-15 years ago when my country was considered a fraud area, and I was just starting with IM, so I know how frustrating this is
Basically the only way around is to prove yourself, they dont usually intend to never work with a person from a banned area again, its done to weed out the con artists but legit people usually can be accepted. It took me some time, I started with those who didnt mind and once I had enough refferences to provide, I was accepted to any network or program that existed.
For now, try to find sources that dont have problems with your country of origin and once you have some history, get back to those that originally denied you. Networking also helps, maybe you have some experienced affiliate friends who can say a few good words about you
You can also get incorporated in an accepted country and resubmit your application
The options are there, so dont let it bring you down!
Good luck.

Its probably a godsend that you weren't accepted to tell the truth as those 2 have the lowest quality traffic out of the ppv providers. Go with TV if i was you.

+1, this has worked for me as well. I've had the same problem due to living in the Philippines, was not approved for accounts with some some services "due to high fraud risk in the Philippines", I'm not a Filipino but that's their rules. I emailed back and forth with them and provided a bunch of documents to show I'm legit and this and that and it went through. Don't give up too easily, there may be a way yet.

Hi Bhupesh,
From recent experience of my affiliates, TV should accept you and its a good traffic source.
As Matuloo said, work with the ones who give you the chance and prove the ones who dont that they were wrong. Use it as extra motivation!

If you want I can hook you up with an AM from 50onred. I'm sure they will accept you if you can proof that your offers are compliant with their TCs.
They just want to make sure that everything is legid and that you won't break the rules. Its true that a lot of fraud affiliates are coming from India and China nowadays but that doesn't mean that every affiliate that is based there is in the game for scamming - there are many legid guys in both markets that have amazing traffic (sources).

This has nothing to do with anything "racial", these companies simply see where the most fraud comes from and once the costs of keeping up with it become bigger than the profits, they will rather bann the GEO by default.
These countries are usually lower income GEOs, because its easier to scam someone for $500 than $50.000, so it makes more sense to try it when $500 actually is a significant amount of money in your part of the world.
Funny thing is, that the biggest financial damage is usually caused by an individual from a well developed GEO, who manages to pull some high level stunt that outranks the attempts of 100 small indian affiliates in one shot

Thats my poin. At Affiliate World Asia Bangkok, i meet with Parul Bhargava of vCommission. ( she is from New Delhi And I m from Kanpur ( North India). She ask me, "I hope u will not send Fake leads"
hm. Thats the effects of Scammers. Due to some scammers, every body think that, " fraud affiliates are coming from India and China nowadays" it hurts.
Any ways, my main object is to start PPV, Mobile and others. and start sending traffic to MY CPA Offers.
I already join, "Addiliate.com" and due to Weekly payments, we can scale.
Thanks a lot

Yes, its just a business decision, just that they seams not to have any good business from India or China , just problems for these particual. Usually if you contact them really nicely call them, speak with there team, maybee "risk" to delay your first paycheck so they have checked your leads, Show them you have nothing to hide. But i get it , if it would be offline, it would be pretty bad to ban a whole enthic group to enter in a store, which happens in the world too.
