Just a heads up about adcash..
"After finalizing all current statistics, your unused balance will be refunded to you at your request, minus an administrative fee of 25% to cover Adcash’s costs and fees related with the management of giving a refund, within 30 working days. "
Apparently, if they spend 30 seconds inside paypal to refund you your remaining budget it costs 25% of what is left? Dirty CROOKS!!!!
I have yet to actually talk to a human being from this traffic source because their customer service is the worse I have ever personally experienced.So getting my budget returned back to me, minus their BS 25% fee, may not happen.
I'll be escalating this in paypal if they continue to ignore my skype and email requests..
Just be very cautious of how much money you initially deposit because they clearly want to make it expensive and painful for you to get your money back if you need/want to...
Seems a lot indeed. I'm sure you can get this waived if you talk with your AM.
What's the reason you want to stop working with them? Most affiliates love their traffic....
Hey CB...Unfortunately, there is no AM to communicate with or customer service...I jumped into John Crestani's training program recently, which is more facebook and native ad traffic, so adcash is not needed at the moment.
We have an AM on adcash that we refer our affiliates too, and I have to say they are very helpful. Let me know if you want me to bring you in touch with them. Would love to help you out with this one.
