Can we run Direct link Whitehat offers on Google Adwords/GDN using Affiliate links?
I don't see any guides/tutorials here so want to know if it's allowed or not.

yes you can run whitehat offers on adwords, some you can even direct link, like clean apps for example. But google has its own rules for what they consider whitehat, so you need to follow their guide lines. The best is to ask their support before running an offer as they are very easy with the ban hammer 
Generally speaking, google isnt exactly a fan of affiliates, so you need to be careful with what you run there. I have personal experience with promoting apps over there without problems just as several ecommerce sites like e-shops etc. I've been also told by my manager I have at adwords, that techincally, even sweeps are ok to run, but all that I tried were already blacklisted so I gave up on it
I have some ecommerce offers which i want to run on Web.
