Proper subIDs for ad4game (4)

Could someone who has run with ad4game previously confirm I am passing variables in the correct subIDs? Last campaign I tried with them had an issue.

This is what I am ending my urls with &subid={campaign.id}&subid2={clickid}

On Voluum yes it's fine, as long as your passing cid through subid2 in your postack url.

Here's an ad4games offer on my Voluum setup:
?offerid=123&zoneid=12345&subid={campaign.id}&affi d=XXX&subid2={clickid}
