Adcash Suddenly Stops Sending Traffic To Whitelist Campaigns? (5)

Adcash Suddenly Stops Sending Traffic To Whitelist Campaigns?

So I have a few whitelisted campaigns running with Adcash, and I noticed this past week a few of them took a nosedive ROI wise. So looking further into it, it looks like the majority of the whitelisted targets that were performing the best just suddenly stopped sending traffic. What confuses me is they were receiving normal amounts of traffic for a few weeks steadily, then all of the sudden no traffic at all. I am noticing this for multiple campaigns across multiple geos. I even went ahead and tried making new campaigns targeting a few of the zones that suddenly stopped receiving traffic, and put the bid 2.5x higher than the recommended bid and still no traffic.
I know with popads sometimes the sites publisher id changes, but they go ahead and automatically change the previous publisher id to the new publisher id.
I went ahead and emailed their support to see if the zone id's are still sending traffic or not but am still awaiting a response. Was wondering if anyone experienced with Adcash here could chime in if they know what could be causing this / how to start receiving traffic from the zones again.

Thanks!

How many zoneids are we talking about ?

Because, maybe the publisher blacklisted you? (a publisher sometimes owns more than one zoneid)

I noticed adcash had some issues with blacklist/whitelists editing. When I want to edit blacklists, the dashboard shows whitelist editing and "Display on these zones" instead of "Don't display..".
Check to see if they haven't blacklisted your whitelist placements.

Pop traffic is highly instable, zones come and go...

Anyway, here's what you can try.

1. Pause the campaign for a couple of hours and restart it
2. Undo all changes/optimizations you have done before it stopped working
3. Don't use the whitelist function, insert the whitelist zones manually on the campaign setup page.
4. Switch to a tight Blacklist approach instead of a whitelist approach. Blacklist 80-90% of the zones you don't want
5. Create a new account and start a new whitelist campaign
6. Setup camp on zeropark and target adcash traffic there. Simply put "Adcash_" infront of the campaign name
7. Forget adcash, buy somewhere else
