When to add a new lander in the mix...?

I started with three landers...
Day 1
L1 - 2.35% CV
L2 - 0.66% CV
L3 - 1.46% CV
ROI 12.32%
* I removed L2 and ramped up traffic.

Day2
L1 - 2.76% CV
L3 - 3.02% CV
ROI 40.04%

Day3
L1 - 2.57% CV
L3 - 2.18% CV
ROI -5%

* No changes where made from day 2 to day 3.

Should I ad a new lander in the mix? or should I wait it out. Also if I ad a new lander, should I remove 1 of the landers as well? Or run all three at 33.3% weight? I am spending a considerable amount a day on this campaign so I am a bit hesitant to add a new lander at 50% weight. ur thoughts...

Day 4 (Tommorow)
L1 - 40% weight
L3 - 33.33% Weight
L4 - 26.67% weight *new lander
* Currently I have it set up like this for tomorrow.

Hello,

what I like to do, is to always run with at least 2 landing pages, because their performance simply changes from day to day as you could see with your example with LP1 and LP3, one day the winner was LP3 and the other day the LP1 took the lead.
In cases where I have more than 2 similarly performing LPs, I keep on running all of them - Im not saying to run 10 LPs at the same time, but 3 or 4 is just fine. The idea is to make their lifespan as long as possible, by decreasing their exposure. Once I have a well oiled and optimized campaign that is giving me good ROI, I dont ad new LPs to it for testing purposess.

What I do instead , is testing new LPs in different campaigns in the same vertical, as I always have numerous campaigns running in the same niche/vertical/GEO. Just need to make sure the test runs in a campaign with compatible settings and targeting. Once I hit something that seems to have potential, I throw it into the mix and split test it with the proven LPs in the optimized campaigns too. Then I decide whether to cut something from the old ones or not.

When doing these split tests, and also when running optimized campaigns with multiple LPs, I pretty much always put the same % weight to every LP. My experience tells me that you always need to keep the same conditions for everything you want to test, otherwise the data can get skewed.

Now to talk about your example specifically, looks like you still need to perform a bit better, so a better LP could help. You were able to get 40% profit on one day, which is very good actually assuming this is adult dating. The other day the performance went down and you went negative, so the most important part now is to figure out what went wrong. Maybe the LPs are good and the problem is somewhere else. What Im trying to tell you, is dont waste time on creating new LPs, when the problem could be its monday today - monday can really suck with adult, while weekends usually kick ass.

In case you feel the LP is a problem, I would suggest keeping LP1 and LP3, as those already proved their profit potential, and add one more to the mix and split test them with the same % for all.

Interesting, thanks for the advice. I agree with keeping 2 lander specially with adult. Its very unpredictable.
And Monday's definitely suck lol!

Today
Lp1 - CV 1.25%
Lp3 - CV 1.71%
lp4 - CV 2.45%

Yup, adult is one of those verticals where its really necesary to test different days of the week for performance. Sometimes its driving me nuts, but whenever possible, I dont call it quits until I had the chance to test monday thru sunday
