WTH Happened to Decisive?

So, I heard Decisive was quite terrible for the last couple of weeks, but I still had a few hundred on my account, so i emailed them a couple of times asking for a refund. No response.
Then i decided, well, to try and run some campaigns. No sign of the support team to approve my campaigns.
Did everyone jump ship? It's quite disheartening, since their interface was prerty simplistic.

Yeah, I think they're done with their self serve platform. Try skyping donte.ledbetter or dkdundas to get your refund.

I am in the same exact situation. So far no response from Decisive: I tried sending emails and skyping support, contact, ramneek kundra, david dundas and pretty much every contact I could find. No answer.

I think they jumped ship.

They pivoted and turned in to some social media tracker for agencies under the same name. Kind of shitty how they left everyone out to dry. No nothing.
