Denied by F5 Media -wow !

Well,

I am a NEWBIE to affiliate marketing. Been soaking everything up in these forums.

Wanted to start the MOBILE COOKBOOK.

But have been denied from 2/4 networks I applied to.

Denied by F5 Media which I thought I would get accpeted into since they run this forum.
Denied by Clickdealer wow!

I mean I have a budget to work with, and my full time job is in digital marketing strategy.

wow.

So what do I do?

Best is to reach out to an AM that works there or sign up to another network and test your chances there!

I had the same response from F5 Media as atlmarketer.......but they did qualify their denial.

I told them I was involved in a private Afiiliate Marketing training program and planning to
start advertising in January (which is all true). They ask that I reapply when I am actually
ready to start running ads.

I'm taking this as a positive.......? Is there another/better approach recommended?

Here's the response I received:
"I would recommend that you reapply upon completion of the course you are taking so what we can gauge your experience a bit better. That way, we can see some landing pages and you will have more time to get your strategy planned. At that time, reapply and we can definitely give you another look. We appreciate your application and hope to hear from you come mid january."

Sorry to hear! But this post may help:

If you really can't get into at least 2 networks, send me a PM and I'll you to some of my AMs.

thanks Amy.......I read the article you suggested....good advice. I may have been too
vague with my answers to their questions. For example, I failed to mention I was part
of STM, and never mentioned any specifics about my training.....prior AM experience,
etc.

I'll change my tactics in the future to promote the benefits of having me as an
affiliate (imagine that....a marketer promoting benefits....).

I have managed to gain membership in a few other networks, but F5 Media was
highly recommended, so I'll give it another shot in January.

Thanks for the feedback!

Hi Guys,

As I'm sure you can understand we are approached by dozens of people daily to run with our network. We like to give every affiliate the best possible chance to get personal attention from one of our AMs. We do have to be somewhat strict with our approval process, as every affiliate added to our network requires a lot of personal time and effort.

All of the above is the reason why we must prioritize applicants who are ready to run traffic, who have a reasonable budget to work with and have done the necessary research and learning (using brilliant resources like STM etc.). It also helps if your desired verticals are fitting in with what F5 Media Network specialize in, but this is not a necessity.

Any denied application IS NEVER A PERMANENTLY CLOSED DOOR. It is not personal! I am always available on here to help people with their application and respond to them, or hit me up at my e-mail or Skype details below.

Thanks Guys.

^^ I can second Eoin here - we're not looking to deny affiliates, we try to make things as accessible as possible.

As always, if you think you were wrongly denied OR maybe didn't get your points across clearly - you can always hit us up via email OR one of our AMs via STM, Email, Skype... messenger pigeon if you want.
