How can i add an email optin page and image on a survey landing page?
Get the html code for your optin form (from optin providor, awebber etc) and add an <img src="imgloc.jpg" /><br> tag above it?
Would need to see your current code!
Use the code your autoresponder gives you, that's in html form. (I don't like the JS version one too much)
Pretty standard to just paste that code into the html then
