Hello,

the first PIN submit offer I saw, was an adult video offer and I always like to use that one as an example, as it nicely demonstrates the philosophy behind these types of offers. It offered access to a "members area" with adult videos for a weekly fee of 5 bucks or so, charged by the carrier. In the end, its nothing else just a different billing option, but instead of a credit card or check, here you agree to pay a one time or recuring fee that is included in you phone operators bill. Nothing more nothing less. You simply pay for a "product" with your phonebill, or its dedicted from your prepaid credit.

The product can be pretty much anything : ringtones, prize draws, apps, games, videos ... you name it.

Some products are charged for once, the other ones - especially the members areas - are charged, daily, weekly ... for as long as the subscriber doesnt cancel the subscription.

Depends on the offer, it can be like buying tickets for the raffle for example as you suggested.
