from 0 to 100 daily - 3 months - 4 people - Mobile

Hello everyone,
I’m a 30yo (sorry in advance for my English), new to this industry and In this stage of my life I’ve decided to start entrepreneurship and after some researches and due to my start-up budget I thought that internet advertising would be a good industry to break in. I’ve spent enough times on STM and now I’m ready to start and to do properly I want to maximize my probability of sucess, minimizing costs and risks. And because we are living in the sharing economy era...

I’m looking for 3 other (future) entrepreneurs to start a 3 months project. The aim is to learn to walk together. After this 3 months, we will see. I'm in UTC +1


Goal to reach

I’m building this group with one clear mission: To be profitable in max 2 months.
The goal is reached if we achieve 100,00 daily for 15 days continuously with a personal investment of $2k each (max.) in 2 months of test.

Strategic advantages in our hands:
- test more offers and traffic sources than we can do with our personal budget.
- solve problems quickly.
- share pains .
- work more focused.

The field

Because the amount of teaching material around mobile, I think It’s an opportunity to catch. Until now anyway, is one of the key points that I want to discuss with you.


The commitment (the core of this group)

What we guarantee to do:
- We can invest (max) $2000 in testing (2000*4=8000) in the next 2 months.
- We can invest also $500 monthly in other amenities.
- We are able to work 7/7 if the project need it (there’s no weekends or something similar);
- We can spend 8 hours weekly on the group skype calls.
- To have a strategy (on paper) to search profitability combinations and we need to start (some of you, maybe are already started).
- To want to start tomorrow but not without a plan.
Our profile:
- We are working to build up our personal IM company in the long run but we need to start from zero.
- We are ridiculous precise and for us this is the project of the life.

The plan

1° month: planning | 07/12 – 10/01
- Fill the knowledge gaps where we need it.
- Set-up the 1° workflow to start with.
- Set-up the IT stuff.
- Make contacts with the various entities as much as we can.
- Set up roles.
- Other.

2°, 3° month:
- Test, optimize, scale (reach steady $100,00 per day. Is it achievable??)
