What you can do is use the "Update cost" function and put in the costs from the traffic source the day afterwards. In addition to that you can set the CPC cost to the avg CPC after you've ran some volume, that way you will have accurate stats for past days and somewhat accurate live stats.
I'd suggest using an extra spreadsheet to track your profit/loss though where you just put in the data manually each day.
BTW: if this is a pop campaign, you can just put in the CPM / 1000 (cost per impression) as the CPC because in that case every impression counts as a visit. You still won't get 100 % accurate data though because of click loss etc.
