I'm trying to take on multiple media buyers to help me scale my FB campaigns, on a performance based pay. So far my biggest issue is most people telling me it's too good to be true, has happened multiple times (it's almost ensured profit for them, and I take 30%.) Clearly getting local people via my own FB is not a good way to find hungry people. I'm curious if anyone had any advice on finding motivated people locally. I just want basic skills and plan on teaching the rest. All I can think is to post on linkedin/job sites, but I've never done this. Thanks in advance guys!
not sure why u r restricted to finding ppl locally. I have hired great ppl to work with internationally
This is pretty specific in what I'm offering, and I'm connecting them to banks for the payment options, local connections. I would be better off with people who aren't experienced affiliates essentially, but it's not out of the question to take on experienced people, but I fear giving them my methods angles etc.
I have this exact problem too. People who are smart enough to do A-Z of what is required will be able to run the campaigns themselves.
I'm working on separating the processes but that's a different kind of challenge.
Just bumpin this to see if you figured out a solution?
Start by thinking of what type of qualities you are looking for in a media buyer. You don't want anyone with the "too good to be true" mindset - we're looking for analytical, NUMBERS driven, rational people that don't mind spending hours in front of a computer crunching data. They might not be the most sociable types but you want to find that they are coachable and able to follow directions. What type of background and motivations would this media buyer have? What are their hobbies? What is their personal situation like?
Investing the time to find the right people will always pay off in the long run, don't try to half-ass the process. Good luck!
