I don't think that'll be enough. You'll probably get away with it for a while but as soon as you scale up they'll getcha. I'd try to put at least couple of lines of content inbetween
This is a surefire way to get banned ...put some txt between the ad and the pagination and add advertisement heading. You can decrease the amount of invalid clicks by choosing to show only image ads (and not the txt ads with arrow that can be mistaken for pagination), but this will most likely bring down your RPM

Before you decide to play these games with google adsense, you should know that once they ban you, there is no legit way to get another account with them, you will need a new identity/company. It's also the sad truth that no other ad network comes close to the performance of adsense, I have been in this situation myself some time ago and no matter what network I chose, it was waaaay lower income than I had with adsense. So even if its tempting to get these high RPMs, you should pass on it
Similar ad placements are misleading, thats why they produce high RPMs, but on the other hand they show poor results for the advertisers so its a question of time to get reported. Always aim for the long run, not the quick buck
