Voluum custom domain + custom flow questions (1)

Hi,

I have some questions regarding Voluum. Hopefully somebody can answer these.

Custom Domain - "Server to Server URL not updated?"
I bought a new domain from NameCheap and add CNAME record pointing to Voluum domain and add URL redirect record pointing to my new domain. after that i add the new domain in Voluum and set this as main domain. I see that the campaign urls are changed to this new domain but not my "server-to-server" URL. is this correct?

Custom flow
How do you guys setup Voluum? Do you use custom flows? or just creating multiple campaigns?

What do you put in the default path section? i quess a direct link to an offer that does not match your rules?

Testing / previewing campaigns?
How do you guys testing / previewing your campaigns? with proxy? do you guys setting up "Test" campaigns, offers, landers, flows and traffic sources? and after testing dupplicate those to clear / reset the stats?

Naming convention
How do you name your campaigns, landers, flows and offers?

What are the best practices?
