To what extend do I have to rebuild my safe page after a ban?

Anyways, I was wondering: Your safe page gets 'sucked up' by facebook when you create an ad.
Therefore, if you have a ban, you have to make a whole new safe page.
However, I am wondering: to what extend do I have to rebuild it?
- All the pictures?
- Text?

What else ? Are there elements you can keep?

In many cases I uses the same text, same banner on 2-3 different accounts without problems investing 400-500$ daily
But if you want to play safe:
Different text
Different Banner
Different link on fb
Different safe page of course

Yes, in my opinion it also vary from the country and the "team" behind it, but yes they banned me one account but not all of them at the same time.
