Anyone heard of this cpa network call Mabaloo??
Is it reliable or anyone has any payment issue with it?

Mobaloo, used to be a mobile advertiser, I believe they are no longer active, the company was registered in Spain.

I've never heard from them (which doesn't mean they're bad) but I cant find their corporate site in google?
That could be a red flag.

If they appear on there, my recommendation would be to either work on prepayment terms or dont work with them at all

I agree with cbrughmans, you should do your research so you know that you can find the right fit! You have lots of options but you will find 1-2 that work best for you! I find that the key thing would be a good relationship with your Affiliate Manager. All the top networks have a lot of offers and most times the same ones ( some have higher rates) but if you can find an affiliate manager you trust and can have a great working relationship with then to me that's the main thing!
