I'm looking for bulk Australian pop traffic which is decent in quality. I was working on a traffic source which had quality traffic however as soon as my campaign started converting, for some reason I stopped getting much traffic, even on the RON campaign. The average bid shot up to $22 CPM for Android, non-Adult, AU which I think is pretty expensive for RON. Any idea where could I buy cheaper traffic?

propeller, wigit, wwwpromoter, adcash, popads are good sources to get pop traffic.
i'd also recommend to sign up to our affiliate network - we have many offers that accept pop traffic
Christoph gave you some good sources so test them out, if you are looking also for adult traffic you can try exoclick, juicyads, plugrush, ero-advertising, adxpansion ... btw, not many people realize it but exoclick also has some non-adult traffic in the mix, tho way less than adult.
