What do you mean by "swiping landers"?

I am interested in this question as well to see how others do this... But here's how I go about it -

While viewing a basic landing page, Right Mouse Click > View Page Source.

From there, copy all that text & paste to Notepad so you are able to edit that code.

I'm also not sure what you are meaning with "swipe landers", but if you mean copying/downloading/ripping, I use a Firefox extension called Scrapbook. You can download all the files/dependancies with it.

Learned this one from a good friend: if you're on Chrome, right-click, hit save and select "complete website" in the file type selection.

If you need to swipe several landers at once, you can use tools like HTTrack Website Copier.

Cool I'm probably going to start doing that Save in Chrome instead to get the page's files & images in one step.

Thank you mminsk.

Be careful though...many affiliates have some protection in place. They will redirect a portion of your traffic to their offers if you try to copy their lander. When I see a lander I like, I prefer having it coded from scratch and changing some stuff around. You won't get too far by copying other people's stuff...try to innovate and always add your twists

IMO its impossible for anyone to steal your traffic if you change the redirects in the html code, right?

I think geezer is talking about the landing page creator sneaking a hidden script in their landing page code.

That way, the stealer will have a set percentage of their traffic unknowingly redirected to the landing page creator's offer unless the stealer combs thru the landing page code to remove this hidden script.

If someone really wants to steal your traffic, there are some sneaky and non-obvious ways to do it. Here's some inspiration. Only way to be safe is to through the PHP/Javascript code
