STM is Hiring! Work with an AMAZING team.

In 2011 STM was founded. Founded by 3 affiliates who were frustrated by all the misinformation in the affiliate industry. They wanted to create a place where affiliates who were serious about building a business could come to learn, network and exchange tips.

4 years on STM now operates some of the largest and most successful properties in the digital and affiliate marketing community. We operate globally with staff around the world. We have offices in Amsterdam, London, Manila, Bangkok and Geneva.

We are working on some exciting projects, and are hunting for people to join the STM team.

There are roles available in these projects:

STM Forums
Affiliate World Conferences
Affiliate Mastery Challenge (6WAMC Training Programme)
We will also likely launch a consulting business to assist companies dramatically improve their conversion rates and customer acquisition processes.

We have a very wide range of roles to be filled; programmers, designers, sales, project managers, content creators, moderators.

Fortunately/unfortunately job opportunities are coming faster then we can write job descriptions for. Location is not an issue even though being based in Amsterdam, London, Manila, Bangkok, Geneva does make things a little bit easier.

Since a lot of the STM team are caught up with AWA I will get back to all the emails after the conference is done.

Mr Green, a good way to get resumes in (often with very good quality) is to post them in FB groups such as
"English in Amsterdam/Barcelona/Hong Kong/...", "French people in Amsterdam", "Belgians in Amsterdam", "Germans in Amsterdam", "Deutsche in Amsterdam", "Marketing jobs Amsterdam", etc.

The people that are in such FB groups are usually well-educated international expats, which means they're flexible, smart, up for a challenge.
We use this channel quite a lot and get at least weekly 15-20 CVs in, with +80% of them good quality. Additional benefit, its free + you get rapid response to your posts
