I set up my campaing but did not fund it and i see visits in voluum? (3)

So i set up my first campain true F5 / Voluum / Descive but i did not fund descive yet, because like always i read something new and changed my mind! But i see visits in F5 and Voluum and cant even find my campaign anymore in descive. How is this possible?

And if i am here right now just ask the following also about media buying:


How can you see if its premium or remnant? How can you see if a ad network sells premium or remnant?

(I see remnant as traffic that hasnt been sold and so they kinda auction it). That doesnt mean its poor quality or whatever. Correct me if i am wrong because i am a newbie.

It may be your account manager or traffic source checking to see if your campaign is displaying right offer page, compliant, links are working etc. for approval. From what I was told, they don't charge you for those clicks.
