VK claims to have 170 million users. It states European but a lot of them are US.
Do you think VK ads is a viable alternative to FB ads? I am wondering because FB has a lot of indian based bot "users" this might not have?

I think most are in Russia.

The traffic quality is good, especially if you advertise directly with vk.com.
But most of the traffic is still russian speaking people.
Most of the traffic is Russian speaking so I dont know how good it is for offers not targeting Russian speaking people. But the quality is good and its a good source if it fits your target.
If you are targeting Russians living in other European countries - can work. But I dont think you should use it otherwise (although will be interesting to hear how it goes if you do).
