Please explain it to me! Why Utah? (2)
I've seen so many companies related to affiliate marketing lately doing business from Utah. For Example, C2M has an office in Utah. Why? any especial reason for that? is Utah the new AM heaven?
simple.
same reason you see credit card companies in certain states.
The laws there favor the company in court.
Just putting another level of protection so they can grow to the size of McDonalds and Burger King or Google and Facebook. And war like titans between themselves.
How else do you get mega-corps ???!!!
