I just wire 1000usd to zeropark and request a manager today.
the manager send a warn email to my email about 2 hours ago,I didn't looked this email.
and banned my account now,and don't refund.
what's the matter.

I doubt they've banned your account for simply wiring money. Most likely they just need you to verify the account, which is a normal process and I wouldn't jump to any conclusions. We can't tell you what the issue is, only they will be able to.
My advice would be to reach out to them and ask what the hold up is and give them 24 hours to response because your timezone is likely different than theirs. My experience is they almost always respond within 24 hours and have been straight forward with their support.
