I just started creating campaigns in Adcash self-served platform and all my campaigns got rejected stating "Incomplete site" and "rotating offers are prohibited".
I emailed their support to ask what do they mean by incomplete site and this is the reply i got.
" Regrettably, we cannot run your offers on our network at the current moment. Please also not that rotating offers are strictly forbidden. "
Its a little frustrating that they do not give any reason on why is that so as its about 4-5 different offers that got rejected. How should I know what's okay to run and whats not? Do they run these offers internally as well or the advertisers run direct so I can't run them there or are there any other reasons?
Thanks,
Ivan
Make a landing page
Make a lander to use as your "default flow" and have your other paths on pause. When they approve your campaign, unpause the other paths and redirect traffic accordingly.
Thanks for the info guys! Do they allow exit pops/audio on landers?
Hello,
Sorry to hear you had some troubles with campaign validation.
Here is a helpful article about the validation process, explaining what is approved and what what is not.
As it says in the article, we do not accept if sound that starts playing as soon as the page is loaded.
As per rotating offers - we do not accept cases, when for example you have several landing pages in rotation. It is allowed to have one landing page for one campaign or offer, if you need to test several landers, I suggest to make a separate campaign for each lander.
Hope it helps.
