How to get new CC?

Does VCCs still work?

I'm in toronto, canada. How do you guys get new credit cards for your new accounts? Here in Canada no banks offer VCCs. Can you get VCCs from US if your are not from US?

did you try entropay vcc? They provide US base vcc.

not VCC, but could be helpful: paxum, payoneer, neteller, skrill.

Is that opening business account and create employee card via those company?

Ask for an employee debit card for your business account and use it.

Yes, I didn't have to go too far for this one. Walked into my bank and they can provide employee cards with no problem.
