Based on personal experience, pop and mobile display sources work well for pin submits.

For pop, try popads, popcash, zeropark, selfadvertiser. Managed: propeller ads, gunggo, adcash, wiget media.

For mobile display start with go2mobi. Can scale to avazu mdsp, inmobi, tapit, admob, adiquity, and tons of others.
