Call them at 1.514.359.3545 (Montreal Area) or +1.855.585.8659 for USA/Canada Toll-free during our business hours to speak to a TrafficJunky Representative to complete the process.
Try to reach them by phone call.
Note, I am not a Representative of them. I am just trying to help to find them for support.

I doubt that a TJ rep will help him with his EXO problem...
If you are an affiliate of us, send me a PM. We have a great connection with them and help out affiliates that get blocked from time to time.
If you are not an affiliate of us, shoot me a PM as well. Then I give you at least the contact details of a great AM there. He can maybe help you out.

Indeed, not that we don't want to help but we would be missing the insight.
Good luck with your issue.

Hi plgmbr,
Sorry for the delay in replying to you.
Can you please send us your ExoClick login by PM so we can investigate what happened?
We usually ban accounts for a good reason but a mistake is always possible.
Best,
-ExoClick Sales & Customer Service teams
