Is it still possible to get any type of ringtone offer up on Facebook or Adwords? Just want to see if this is even a viable option before testing the waters.

Adwords I'm not to sure, but there's usually a way if you build a legit site around it with a custom non offer landing page.
Same with Facebook, but Facebook doesn't mind international mobile, even though your ads will usually be canned within 1-2 weeks depending on your volume.
So overall it's not about getting it approved, it's more about keeping it approved for the long haul.
Alright, thanks. Do you have any idea if Adwords accepts websites that are monetized through mobile-powered coreg paths, like Silver-Path?
For me personally it's not just a matter of getting approved because I can usually do that - I just don't know how to get Mobile stuff converting!
Be careful on both adwords and facebook with mobile content. Neither likes it - my adwords account was banned retrospectively for something I did 5 years ago with ringtones, and I have had facebook accounts banned for running International non-subscription (trivia) premium SMS campaigns. There are plenty of other offers you can run on these platforms that won't get you banned. I personally don't think it's worth the risk.
I've been seeing a kick-ass ringtone campaign being run on YouTube - definitely an affiliate.
Not sure how he pulled it off but its a very basic banner that pops over certain videos/artists.
