How do you hide where your traffic is coming from?

Let's say I want to hide my Landing Page from the advertiser, because I don't want her to see my landing page and my angle.

How can I do this effectively?

double meta refresh

the only 100% true way
is to go from a https page to a http page.....

double meta does the job 90% of the time.....but stuff can still get thru
