Voluum Postback IP addresses

Hello all, my traffic source requires my trackers IP address to allow it or white list it on their side. so when Voluum posts back to a traffic source what IP does Voluum use? I asked their support and I am getting some real dumb answers. They are sending me the entire AWS ip ranges, saying the postback can come from any of those ip's. I am talking many /16 and bigger subnets, wtf. I love voluum, the product is great, but their support sucks ass. Anyone has this information? Thank you in advance.

Create a repeater.

Send a Voluum post back to your repeater which forwards the post back to the traffic source. Whitelist the IP address of the repeater.

yeah man I was thinking about that

traffic source --> repeater --> Voluum --> network

and for postback all the way to source

network --> Voluum --> repeater --> traffic source

but seriously I am sure amazon gave voluum a handful of public IP to nat behind and thats all I need. their support sending me whole list of all the amazon ip ranges is just preposterous. that means their support dont know their own product. the repeater is a good idea and I have other trackers but since I am paying for voluum I am expecting a little better support from them than just copy pasting every IP amazon owns. Thank you for the idea Jennatalia but I will wait to see if another voluum user has this info of if voluum people read this forum and can chime in. thank you
