Hi,
I've read the guides in the Newbie Zone and is ready to launch my first campaign.
I want to focus on Gaming vertical with Facebook as the traffic source since I am a gamer myself.
However, being a newbie and having a limited budget of $20 per day, I want to first ask the experts in Facebook advertising (with an experience in gaming vertical) if this is a good start for someone like me.
After reading some of the guides, gathering data and experience is essential during my first few campaigns. Will my $20 per day budget restrict me from getting these?
Or is the gaming vertical too competitive for a newbie with a low budget?
Or am I on the right track?
Suggestions on where to start first before I take on Gaming on Facebook is also highly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!
Hi,
Facebook isnt cheap, but there is a reason for that. The targeting is great and exposure is HUGE. It isnt easy, especially for beginners. But its a great source for Gaming offers and with you being a gamer yourself its good as you have understanding of the "gamers mind".
You should probably look at the less expansice GEOs to start with.
Follow the guides here, Franco posted some golden knowledg about Facebook.
As I said, it isnt easy but its a good vertical and a great source. You being a gamer also makes it more fun for you :-)
Thanks affiliaxeoran for the feedback. I will finish reading Zeno's guide first. I'll also look for Franco's post after.
