I'm helping my friend to get more customers to her clinic.
Her clinic is located at Samut Prakan, Bangkok, and the people there are mostly middle income.
This is a full fledged dental clinic that provides all services like
1. cleaning (US30)
2. wisdom tooth removal
3. braces (US1000)
4. root canal
the profit margins are substantial and are usually between 50%-80%.
how can we structure something to consistently bring in new customers?
this clinic already has high dentist skill standards, the original owners opened it expecting customers to flow in because it was a dental clinic and it did not happen.
Do I get a discount if I flash my AWA ticket?
What are other clinics in the area doing? Is there substantial demand for the services they are offering?
I feel like, at least in my area, dentists are all about repeat customers, so what I would try to do is getting as many families as possible interested in the clinic. Maybe have some kind of special offer where kids get a one-time free checkup when their parents get some cleaning done (have some toys for the children to pick from), try to emphasize the importance of bi-yearly checkups, schedule the next date after the session, remind them via a postcard/sms.
We have a client that wants a similar thing in spain. this is the offer:

They give away a free tablet once every 10K signups and they want people who are interested in dental/health coverage so they make them put the phone number. Then the call center closes the deal. The affiliate takes a commission for every call that lasts at least 10 seconds (valid phone number). Works great!
