Adcash 20% VAT - It's normal?
Hi,
According for this photo, for every 1,000$ you'll be able to promote in 833$. It's normal?

If your company isn't registered for a VAT ID and the traffic source is within the European Union then yes, this is normal. Best way to get around this: register for VAT

If your company is NOT in European Union, you shouldn't pay any VAT.
I have a hosting in France and, although they charge 20% VAT, for businesses outside EU it's 0%.

Thank you very much. I'm from Israel and I think It's outside from Europe.
Does it matter company or individual?

I reckon, it does because I had to send them my company registration papers before they switched off VAT on my account.

Oh yeah, of course, for some reason I just assumed OP was within the EU haha
Makes sense that they would charge VAT to individuals as well.
