anyone still working with epic direct?

they've got some big payouts on some dating offers...over a full 2 dollars more per lead. I've heard they're having massive cashflow issues lately though. are these true? is it insane to run with them right now?

We work with them. And yes they are. Better know someone well on the inside just in case. Not sure I'd be just a small random pub with them right now.

My business partner was owed over $10k for well past a month before I got involved and started making threats. Even then they said that it was an "error" with their new accounting department etc. It took him calling several times and getting a managing partner on the phone to get the payment through. Best part is, even the managing partner blamed it on something accidental, claiming they were in the midst of a merger and accounts payable was busy and things get lost etc.

I liked epic better when they were azoogle but what do I know? He only ever ran with Epic to get a specific offer since they had it direct and now he's got it direct himself so I guess it all worked out in the end.

Still running heavy volume. Yes, slow payments, and owed a shitload more than most people combined (I'm one of their top 3 pubs). Willing to take that risk because I feel they can survive this, given another month.

stopped months ago.

too many issues.

Good AM's gone
Putting on Parties when Affs not paid
Offers conv dropped drastically

sad. they were one of my 1st and best. Made my 1st $5k with Azoogle, my AM Bogey and 60minutes [resveratrol] on yahoo and MSN. [sigh... I miss those easy-squeasy days]

Evasive why would you keep running with them with so many other good options for networks?

I'm probably missing something, I'm just curious. Do they only have the deal?

I got my start with Azoogle but when they changed to Epic everything seemed to go downhill. Once my main AM was gone, I was shuffled through several different ones that kept coming and going. Eventually I had no idea who my AM was and nobody wanted to put in the work to make an offers tracking work for me. So I haven't been back.

They owe me over $7,000 from June.
I stopped sending traffic about a month and half ago.
I used to love their offers and convert much better than other networks.
Even though I get paid monthly I didn't mind much because I was on net 5.
I'm now on net infinity(∞) now.

its sad to see this happen since it was the very first network i was approved and running profitably way back when they were azoogleads.

unfortunately tough times are everywhere these days, and they probably wont be the last one we see going downhill

Still sending small amounts of traffic until they get their shit straightened out. I have been paid current up to 8/15 and I am on weeklies so they are a few weeks behind.

Worked with them since 2003. It all comes down to managing risk and cash flow. Luckily we learned how to do this early.

I'm running 90% of my traffic with Epic! Should I be concerned guys?

you should! working with a company that has cashflow problems is always a risk..but you need to decide for yourself if it's worth to take the risk.
