Hello, so I setup a campaign on adcash for this offer and stupidly did not check the LP with a vpn to make sure it is directing to the offer. So after an hour or two, I had a weird feeling that there was sometihng wrong, so I checked it with a vpn and the LP directed me to a page that said:
"Your campaign has reached the maximum daily or total budget or campaign need audit or this campaign is currently restricted to specific geos." and the URL was some avazutracking url, something like apx.matk.avazutracking
This is funny because I'm not with avazu, this offer is from f5. I also RIPPED the lander from my spy tool, so there's two possibilities here
1) f5 is re brokering the offer
2) there's a hidden redirect in my LP
I looked through the code of my LP but couldn't for the life of me figure out the hidden re-direct, i'm not too knowledgeable in code, so there's probably something I'm missing. I did DELETE the jquery.js file that came with the lander and downloaded a new one from google's API but that did not change anything.
Anyone know what's happening here?
use a mobile emulator, run the redirect and look at the HTTP headers. You can see the redirects ;-)
F5 is just brokering the offer from Avazu
I think you were browsing from a VPN and went to the catch-all link of F5.
Basically if the geo is wrong / a proxy is detected etc , you will be sent to an auto-optimizer that thrives to generate the highest EPC for the visitor.
