How to communicate with affiliate networks due full time job + time zone differences?

I recently got approved by 2 affiliate networks. I find it very difficult to communicate with my affiliate managers due my full time job and time zone differences.

It takes awhile before i get a response for example via skype.

How do you guys handle this kind of situation?

I stayed up till 4am for all my affiliate network interviews.

Stop the whining and get to grind-mode.

Thats what i though. i guess there are no other options than to do that.

I deal with many affiliates that stay awake very late, or on occasions I will do so accommodate them. If you can't then simply email your questions to them.

You could also sign up for networks that are in or closer to your timezone.
