Prosper giving me headaches..clicks not showing. please HELP!

I have went through all the steps to set up prosper...but for some reason I'm not getting any tracking data. It shows 0 clicks while my ad shows over 200 clicks!

I've put in my offer URL correctly, I uploaded the script to my php landing page along with the redirect for my offer (those links work)...I got a unique link for each of my ads and posted them on the ad destination URL (checked link and they work). But Prosper is still not tracking any clicks to my landing page.

What can be the issue.

Aargh, always annoying when that happens!

Have you tried going through your tracking link yourself? If so, what was the result?

Also, what version of Prosper are you using?

Hey Caurmen, yes I have went through several of the links myself and still doesn't show any clicks.

I checked the bottom of the Prosper page and looks like I'm on 1.9.23 "Your Prosper202 ClickServer 1.9.23 is up to date."

OK, can you copy-paste the HTML from around where you inserted the Prosper tracking code in here (including the Prosper tracking code)? That'll help us look at it and debug what's up.

When I upgraded to 1.9.23 my entire prosper stopped working, not just no clicks but absolutely no everything haha. I had to dig into their code and fix it and found that they do some weird stuff with server root URL (which it needs to know for redirects) and it will not work everywhere.

I also checked their code and it is pretty bad in some parts, against a lot of best practices. Kinda like a first big thing made by a self-taught programmer. I'm not complaining but you should be ready that it will not be as professional as Voluum.

I'm having the same problem when I log into peerfly it shows 2 conversions and when I check prosper 202 it shows the clicks but not the conversions. I tell you its a blooming headache. I can't figure it out unless prosper 202 is not any good.

Majority of issues like these are because of the user messing up on something along the way. Usually badly formatted tracking link, or postback url.
