Did you ever resolve this?
Is that token from a traffic source? I would double-check with the traffic source documents to see if the token is exactly the way it should be.
It would help if you could tell us what the traffic source is, and also include a screenshot of your traffic source settings in
The "unknown" is typical - because there are almost always traffic coming from "unknown" placements/carriers/OS/etc.
