I found WhatsApp offers running in South Africa on Decisive via MobileAdMonitor.
I whipped up some banners, submitted them to Decisive... and was promptly rejected for using the WhatsApp logo.
My brain hurts.. why were mine rejected when others appear to be running WhatsApp logo on Decisive?

Not sure what you found with AdMonitor but we don't accept What's App ever.
Is that to say just no logos in banners or is it no ads can link to any kind of WhatsApp offers?
