My first run of non adult mobile sweeps/pin

Hey guys I have been running adult for sometime now (4 months). I think it is time to switch things up a little. I currently have 2 campaign on the go with different offers. 1 is a mobile pin submit (iphone 6s), the other is a shopping voucher. Completely different geo.
For now I am running both on zeropark. (My first time with pop traffic and zeropark)

Lets get into stats!
Iphone Pin Submit *I will post my voucher stats tomorrow because today is the first day I am running it.
Using just 1 traffic source, 1 offer

Day 1
Cost 31.70
Revenue 11.20
ROI -64.67

Lander 1
Visits 3,145
CTR 50.91
0 Converions
ROI -100

Lander 2
Visits 3,008
CTR 6.22
2 Conversions
ROI -18.31

Direct Lining
Visits 817
0 Conversions
ROI -100

Iphone pin submit

Day 2
*I blacklisted 1 target from zeropark that had $8 spent with 0 profit.

Cost 65.04
Revenue 22.40
ROI -65.56%

Lander 1
Visits 3,406
CTR 30.18%
ROI -62.51

Lander 2
Visits 11, 221
CTR 6.04%
ROI -66.47%

The first 6 hours of the campaign I had like 25 spent with 22 made and 3 conversions came from lander 2, so I paused lander 1.
After that I spent another $33 with 0 conversions (weird). I have reached my budget for today and will wait until tommorow. Hopefully see more conversions.

Question for you guys....
1 of my conversions post back time was almost 24 hours and 2 other were 3-4 hours. Is this normal?
Any other tips??

*I have made another version of my lander 2. Also I have added another style lander today. So will test 3 landers tommorow.

*So now I have lander 2, lander 2.1, lander 3

Grand total 2 days for iphone
Spent 96.73
Revenue 33.60
ROI -65.27%

*Currently only running WAP

Anyone know if you can target only wifi on zeropark?

Cost 38.23
Revenue 7.00
ROI -81.69

TOTAL SO FAR
Cost 134.96
Revenue 40.60

What should I do at this point...continue to blacklist?
*If I drill down the data, all my conversions came from 0.00 to 9:00 EST.
* For wifi my cost is 65.50 and revenue is 35 (ROI -46.40%) .
For the rest I have Cost of 69.68 and revenue is 5.6 (ROI -92%)

I Have paused all my campaign with zeropark as I try to get more landers and try other traffic sources. One thing I notiched is I had another conversion for my iphone in submit come in today. Visit to post back timestamp is almost a difference of 2 days. Is this normal?

Total so Far for iphone pin

Cost 134.96
Revenue 47.60
ROI -64.73

I reduced the bid and added a new lander. Also I blocked all carrier traffic. New lander it didn't do well.

Spent 152.51
Revenue 68.60
ROI -55.02%

Things are starting to improve as I drilldown my data and blacklist as required. I'm starting to lose a lot of volume however. I will start a new campaign and target the blacklist to other offers and see if I can make any off that work.

Stats as of now
Spent $180
Revenue $124.6
ROI -31%

Yoyo...Today was a roller coaster...basically had 1 conversion last 8 hours. So I have started to day-part my campaign, only hitting about 12 hours or so. I had some money on popcash so I set up a campaign there as well...Once I have zeropark on autopilot and hope to do 50 profit a day, popcash will be my next target (I hope).

Stats as of now
Cost $225.57
Revenue $194.60
ROI -13.73%

@ dynamic - Thanks man

I started new traffic sources today so took at hit at overall ROI...hope for a bounce back tomorrow. If not, I might throw in a new lander depending on how it goes....
*Also started a new adult offer in a geo I haven't touched. Caps are limited so I am just testing at this stage.

Overall Stats as of now for Pin submit
~Spent: $294.70
Revenue: $243.60
ROI: -17.34%

GEO>Offer>Traffic Source>Lander

Evaluate if you're spending your time right.

Unfortunately the AM told me the offer is now paused. Oh well, I have learned a lot without losing too much money... onto the next...

Cost: $360
Revenue: $307
ROI: -15%

Many conversions showing up 2-4 days later.

postback can be delayed for some offers

think of more creative ways to blacklist. its not always the placement. sometimes the lousy traffic can have other unique identifiers, such as IP, device, OS etc.

pin submits can differ in performance between wifi and carrier. does not mean one is better. keep in touch with your AM and get feedback

Wow - some major progress you're making webdev!

Try to focus on testing offers and landers instead of cutting placements. Unless a traffic source has a lot of traffic volume AND a lot of bad placements, your ROI won't increase in dramatic proportions just by cutting placements. Whereas by testing offers in the same vertical and geo and by testing landers you can potentially increase your ROI by leaps and bounds. In the ideal situation you'd want to optimize offers and landers until at least break-even point, and then count on cutting stuff to give you your desired 30% ROI (or whatever your ROI threshold is). This is just pop traffic I'm talking about and this is just a general guideline that does not apply to every traffic source. However, no matter the traffic source, it is generally a good strategy to focus on testing offers and landers to achieve the bigger ROI boosts first.

Have fun and I'll be watching your progress!

Amy

Keep going! You're at least getting conversions, try to buy the traffic cheaper, scale it up, and get a pay bump!
